WiN UK are excited to welcome our global WiN community and invite you to participate at the conference via the following opportunities:

Conference Presentations – Closing date
31 January 2025

The organising committee invites applicants to submit abstracts for oral presentations as part of the programme. This is open to all members of the global WiN community and compromises two main areas:

  • Technical papers presenting new, innovative or exciting developments in the nuclear field
  • Broader development subjects addressing inclusion, diversity, mentoring and leadership

Applicants should plan for their final presentation to be a 15 minute oral presentation with 5 minutes allowed for questions

Future Leaders Poster Competition – Closing date 31st January 2025

We encourage members from the academic community to participate in our Future Leaders Poster competition. This is a valuable opportunity to share your research with a global audience of industry professionals, academics and peers. This is open to PhD Scholars, Post Doctorates and Masters students globally.

Winners of the competition will be invited to a communications workshop in advance of the conference.

WiN Global Country Chapter reports – Closing date 31st March 2025

We are always excited to highlight the remarkable achievements and recent developments from our WiN Global Country Chapters. This platform allows us to celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of each chapter, showcasing the positive impact they are making worldwide.
