Each of our evening events will celebrate the countries that make up the United Kingdom. We will showcase English, Irish, Welsh, and Scottish cultural experiences, providing attendees with a window into our UK heritage.
Tickets for the Evening Events are included in a Fully Inclusive ticket, or you can purchase them individually. You can purchase your chosen event when you go through the registration process. If you would like to add an Evening Event after you have registered, you can add this by modifying your registration through your account. You will find this link in your confirmation email.
WiN Global Awards Night
Monday 14 July (Wales)

Join us for a night of celebrations as we honour the winners of the WiN Global Awards and provide a glimpse into Welsh culture. This will be an informal evening event of buffet style dining with table wine provided. The evening will begin with the arrival of attendees and an opportunity to register and network. A welcome drink will be served, accompanied by music from a Welsh harpist. Attendees will be invited to move into the grand ballroom for the WiN Global Awards ceremony opened by our sponsors the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. This will be followed by a presentation on Welsh history and a violin performance. The evening will conclude with a musical performance provided by a Welsh Male Voice Choir.
WiN UK Awards and Gala Dinner

Join us for this exciting Gala dinner celebrating all things Scottish and for the formal presentations of the WiN UK Awards. The evening will begin with the arrival of attendees and an opportunity to register, network and enjoy a welcome drink. You will be welcomed into the grand ballroom by a Scottish piper where you will be seated and served a 3 course meal with wine. The evening will kick off with a welcome from our evening sponsor, GE Hitachi, followed by dinner service. During dinner you will be treated to Highland dancing accompanied by a piper. After dinner the WiN UK Awards ceremony will commence where we will honour the winners of our prestigious awards. The evening will conclude with a celebratory “party” otherwise known in Scotland as a Ceilidh (pronounced Kay-Lee) and you will have a chance to dance the remainder of the evening away.

Our final night of celebrations! A chance to have fun and unwind after three exhilarating days of conference attendance. This event celebrates England and Northern Ireland’s pub culture, offering a casual and friendly atmosphere with hearty food and drink. The evening will open with some words from our sponsors, PA Consulting, before platters of food are served as well as drink tokens to treat yourself to your favourite beverage. There will be some surprises in store, but you can expect pub games, photobooths and live performances. This is one not to miss! The evening will conclude with a live band and a chance for you to put on your dancing shoes.
