How do I buy tickets?
Click on ‘Register’ to buy tickets. Follow the process and pay by credit card at the end. If you are unable to pay by credit card you can request an invoice.
You can purchase more than one ticket by selecting ‘add another participant’. Please note that you will need the email address for each person you are booking for.
Is there a group bookings offer?
We recommend you purchase tickets at the early bird rate before this ends on 31 January 2025 to secure the best ticket price.
If you are a company or group looking to book multiple tickets, there is an option to pay for this offline and decide your names at a later date.
Please email [email protected] stating the following:
- The number of tickets you require and which type
- Your company name
- The lead contact for the group booking
- How you’d like to pay
Please note that purchasing a group booking and sending over the names/emails does not automatically register the attendees, each attendee must register through our website using a coupon code you will be provided with. This is very important so we can track numbers, dietaries and accessibility requirements.
The deadline to register your group ticket names is Friday 16 May 2025.
Please note that email addresses can’t be duplicated, and each individual registration must have an individual email address.
Can I share my ticket with a colleague?
Tickets cannot be shared and each person attending the event must purchase their own ticket to attend. If you are no longer able to attend, your ticket can be transferred to someone else.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for quick and simple registration we recommend you pay by credit card at the point of registration, however if this isn’t possible, please choose the ‘pay offline’ option and you will be issued an invoice by Marick Communications.

Can I attend if I live overseas?
Yes. We welcome people from all over the world for this event. We do ask that overseas attendees ensure they have the correct paperwork to travel to the United Kingdom.
It has been announced in 2025 onwards everyone wishing to travel to the UK – except British and Irish citizens – will need permission to travel in advance of coming. This can be either through an ETA or an eVisa.
It is each delegates personal responsibility to check entry requirements to the UK.
ETAs are digitally linked to a traveller’s passport and ensure more robust security checks are carried out before people begin their journey to the UK. An ETA costs £10 and permits multiple journeys to the UK for stays of up to 6 months at a time over 2 years or until the holder’s passport expires.
An eVisa is an online record of your immigration status and the conditions of your permission to enter or stay in the UK. You need to create a UKVI account to be able to access your eVisa.
Updating your physical document to an eVisa does not affect your immigration status or the conditions of your permission to enter or stay in the UK.
Please find more information on digital travel here.
Find out if you can apply for an ETA here.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue has accessible rooms, toilets on every floor and special assistance assigned in case of evacuation needed.

Will refreshments be served at the event?
