GROUP/INDUSTRY REGISTRATIONS

 

Groups, pharmaceutical companies, commercial entities or sponsors may purchase only Group/Industry registrations. If you are from a pharmaceutical company, commercial entity or sponsoring organization and purchasing any quantity of registrations on behalf of a physician, allied health professional, scientist, patient advocate, student or trainee, please note that you must register the participants on the Industry Registration System at the industry fee.

 

In person industry ticket: This ticket allow participants to attend the congress in person. Includes access to the on-demand congress platform.

On demand content only: Delegates under this category are only entitled to the on-demand congress platform. Content will be available until 03 December.

Networking event tickets: A limited number of tickets are available to networking events.

Group leaders: If you wish to register yourself/someone else as group leader and attend the congress, then you will need to purchase a group member registration.

Exhibitor - Prescriber: Tickets only available for industry partners. Exhibitors under this category have full access to the exhibition and the satellite symposia.

Exhibitor - Non-Prescriber: Tickets only available for industry partners. Non-prescriber can access the exhibition but should not access satellite symposia.

Name Transfers on all registrations including Teaching Courses: 

• One complimentary ticket transfer is permitted until August 1st.
• Subsequent transfers will incur a €150 fee.
• A maximum of one transfer per ticket is allowed.

Teaching Courses:

• Industry participation in teaching courses is subject to limited availability.
• A maximum of ten tickets per course can be purchased per Industry Partner.
• Please send the names of the delegates attending the teaching courses to [email protected]. Names must be received within 7 days to confirm the booking.
