- I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of my application, cancellation of my exam registration, invalidation of my exam result, withdrawal of any certificate/diploma issued, notification to my training programme and/or relevant authorities, and my file being permanently flagged for mandatory secondary audits in all future EBO and FEBOS applications.
