Pay by Invoice

If you have requested payment by invoice to your employer, CCLG needs to be paid within 30 days of the invoice issue date. Please take the following steps to facilitate prompt payment:

Enter a purchase order number if your employer requires one. If you are unsure whether one is needed, please check with your employer before making a booking for the Conference.
The invoice will be emailed to you. Please ensure the invoice is forwarded to the person or department responsible for paying it.

If we do not receive payment before the Conference, your place may be withdrawn.

Pay by debit/credit card

You have selected online payment. By clicking on the “confirm booking” button, you will be automatically redirected to the merchant’s online payment page, where you’ll be able to proceed with the transaction.

Important information

Please note: Additional delegates (up to 5) can be added as a multiple booking in one transaction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests received by 15 February 2026 will receive a full refund minus £20 administration fee.

Delegates cancelling after this date will not receive a ticket refund (either paying by card or invoice). This is because delegate places have already been paid for with the venue which we are unable to claim back.

It might be possible to transfer your ticket to a colleague if the booking is the same, please email us with this information by 3 March 2026.
